The following information is available in WISE:

  • Benefits and Deductions   View Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, and Disability Benefits, as well as Voluntary and Involuntary Deductions at MyUSNHBenefits.net

  • Tuition Benefit   Apply for Tuition Benefit as an employee or for a dependent/spouse. Review the status of submitted forms.

  • Pay Information   View Paycheck Stubs, Earnings History, Direct Deposit Allocations, W-4 Tax Exemptions, and W-2 Tax Forms (available for Calendar Year 2003 and later).

  • Current and Past Jobs   View information on Jobs held at USNH (since July 1, 2003 only).

  • Leave Information   View accrued and take leave information.

  • Emergency Contacts   Make sure your employer knows who to contact in case of emergency by entering and updating your emergency contact record.

Multi-Factor Authentication Service is available to all employees accessing WISE

April 10, 2018 - SmartAuth [USNH’s Multi-Factor Authentication Service] is now available to all employees accessing WISE. SmartAuth allows you to add an extra layer of security to protect your sensitive information and protects your account even if your password is stolen. You may already be using multi-factor authentication services to log into your bank account, email or social media accounts.

If you would like to begin using SmartAuth when accessing WISE, you will need to register a phone number to receive passcodes. Visit SmartAuth Information & Registration Instructions for further details. While currently optional, beginning July 9, 2018 the use of SmartAuth will be required for all employees accessing WISE.

2017 Electronic Forms W-2

January 23, 2018 - 2017 Electronic Forms W-2s are now available. To access yours, select the “Employee” tab from the WISE Main Menu screen. The W-2s can be found in the “Tax Forms” area by selecting “W-2 Wage and Tax Statement” and “2017” as the Tax Year.

2017 Form 1095-C Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage

These forms are not available in WISE. Electronic versions of the forms will be available by March 2, 2018 via MyUSNHBenefits.net under "Personal Documents".

Anything I need to do?

Per the current IRS guidelines for the 2017 tax year, taxpayers do not need to wait for Forms 1095-C before filing income tax returns, as individuals are not required to send the form to the IRS, but should keep it with their tax records.

Ethnicity and Race Information

January 23, 2017 - Because we do business with the government, we are subject to certain governmental recordkeeping and reporting requirements. To comply with these requirements, USNH employees will be asked to voluntarily self-identify their ethnicity and race when logging into WISE. Providing this information is voluntary, but we hope that you will choose to complete the form. The information you submit will be kept confidential.

Accessing WISE - Login Instructions

If you see the Invalid credentials error, you will need to reset your password.

PLEASE allow 5-10 minutes for password to re-sync after reset prior to logging into WISE

Current Employees

Access WISE, click on the “Login Here” button above and on the Login page enter your current Username and Password as described below:

  • GSC employees should login to WISE with the Username and Password used when logging into your computer or when accessing Moodle or Office 365. GSC Employees who do not know or have forgotten their username or password should click here GSC Password Reset

  • KSC Faculty/Staff and Student employees should login to WISE using their KSC NetID and Password. If you are unable to login using yourcurrent NetID and password, please change your password using our password change tool. If you continue to have trouble after changing your password using our password change tool, please contact the KSC IT Group HelpDesk at 603-358-2532 for assistance.

  • PSU employees should login to WISE with the Username and Password used when logging into your computer or the myPlymouth Web Portal. PSU Employees who do not know or have forgotten their username or password should click here PSU Password Reset

Former Employees

Former employees can access WISE after employment has terminated until October 31st of the year after your last year of employment. For example if Your last day of employment was Jun 30, 2016, then you can access WISE through October 31, 2017.
